Focusing on You

 

01 — Guided Meditations

Sometimes it can be hard to disconnect from day-to-day life. I will be trying to guide people into a steady meditation and teach beginners starting steps to lead them into their own practice.

02 — Yoga Routines

I will be leading many different vinyasa flows from the basics to advanced classes and will also be meeting at Bixby Park on Saturdays at 10. For clients that want more personal help. (Wait for announcements on the blog and my Instagram for the starting date of the yoga meet ups :)

03 — Strength Training

I Will be trying to make as big a variety of workouts to affect everybody no matter how different they work out, as well as effectively target every muscle group and build a stable comfortable body.

04 —Nutritional Guides

You are what you eat. if you want to produce more results intake more nutrients. I will be logging what I eat and recommending some alternative meal plans for your week as well, but I’m full of nutritional information so take whatever information can help you!!!!!!

05-Recovery & Rehab

I have had some pretty bad injuries through sports and being honest doing some dumb things as well. I have been through the rehab process numerous amounts of times, I tore my meniscus in college, I fractured an arm, and tore a tendon in my finger as a kid. And have been battling knee pain for a lot of my basketball career, but now I have built up my tendons and ligaments to reduce injury and I can help anybody with this as well. Whether that be with a sports injury or strengthening muscles to make old age easier and more comfortable.
