How My Journey Began

My name is Brandon Krikke (Drago) and fitness has always been a big part of my life. I grew up in sports and played until college, and the ambition to be the best I can be gave me a confidence I want to spread to other people! I have played basketball my entire life and I just want to express the importance of finding somewhere you belong, something you have confidence in and something you can consistently use to grow your self and your discipline! It doesn’t have to be a sport that’s why I built the brand peace and prosperity where there can be a community of like minded positive people sharing there skills and talents. Now I just play basketball on the side but am really into making music, meditation, yoga, and working out. I would like to spread my knowledge on these skills because I think all these things can be amazing tools in anyone’s life to help connect back with yourself and work towards something, but I also want to inspire people to start diving into their own skill sets. A big reason that I went down this path was seeing the change in my girlfriend’s and brother’s life as a results of there discipline, diet, and work out routines It has brightened their spirit and widened their smiles. I want to see how many people’s life I can change in this way or even more. I also like photography, traveling, and listening to music!

A little bit about Shane

I'm Shane Krikke, a Martial Artist and Personal Trainer based in Los Angeles, California. I am on a mission to promote health and wellness in my community and to help people from all walks of life achieve their goals. My journey began in college, where I spent two years studying mental health and psychology. At the time, I just wanted to help people, but I didn't consider the ins and outs of Social Work and ended up quitting. After that, I focused on my Martial Arts skills. Something I've been doing since a very young age. I was working on my Physical health, trying to get in shape. That's when I had a revelation to mix my love of helping people with my love of MMA and fitness. I became a Personal Trainer and made it my mission to help build habits to maintain and grow clients' mental and physical development. I got my ISSA certification and spent time working at a local gym learning the trade. I've been in the industry for three years, and I'm looking to expand my mission even more. By joining the P&P team, I hope to be able to spread the message of peace and prosperity throughout the world and help my client become the best versions of themselves.

Motivation comes from within — and I’m here to help you activate it.
